Frequently Asked Questions

Factors that influence the pricing of Screen Printed Garments.
  1. Quantity- print more and pay less for each shirt.
  2. Cost of the Apparel.
  3. Color of Apparel- White or light shirts are less expensive to purchase and to print on.
  4. Print locations- Standard are front and/or back. We can also print sleeves, collars, and special placements. The more locations, the higher the price.
  5. Number of colors in the design at each print location- A screen must be made for each color, which will increase your Screen Preparation Charges and increase the print cost. Screen Preparation Charges include the Set-up on your initial order and are $25-$30 per screen. Note that dark garments may require an additional screen depending on your design.
Factors that influence the pricing of Embroidered Garments
  1. Quantity
  2. Cost of the Apparel
  3. Stitch count- larger and more complex designs take longer to sew. For example, a “patch-like” design will cost more than simple text.
Turnaround times
For Screen Printing, we complete most orders between 5 and 10 working days, depending on how busy we are at the time you place your order, and the size of your order. If you have to have it sooner, we can do it. Rush Charges may or may not apply.

For Embroidery, please allow for two weeks, especially if we are setting up your logo for the first time.

Minimum Order Quantities
For Screen Printing- 24.
For Embroidery- 12 on initial order and 6 on subsequent orders.
For Direct to Garment Digital Prints- 12.

How quickly can I get a quote?
If you need the Quote quickly, just let us know. We will get it to you ASAP. If you need it quickly, calling us to discuss your needs versus e-mail will result in a quicker turn around in case we have questions.

Generally we will get back to you with a formal Quote within 24 hours.

Charges for Art Preparation
Sometimes it is necessary to recreate all or part of your art so the results meet your expectations. For Art Preparation, we charge $35.00 per hour if needed and only with your approval.
